Heritage Assets List
A Locally Valued Heritage Asset is a building, park, garden or architectural feature considered to be of special value and interest to our town.

They are not the same as Listed buildings or structures which are designated for their national value and interest by Historic England.

Locally Valued Heritage Assets do not have the same planning and development constraints as listed buildings. However, by identifying local heritage assets in the Warminster Neighbourhood Plan, when planning permission is required the 'special interest' of a locally listed asset will be taken into account by planning officers when considering applications.
