Welcome to the website for the Warminster
Neighbourhood Plan
The Warminster Neighbourhood Plan was voted in by the community in November 2016. We have undergone a long process of feedback and updating the Plan and we are currently awaiting a final decision through Reg16.

What is the Warminster Neighbourhood Plan?
About
A neighbourhood plan contains policies and proposals to be used in decisions on planning applications, as well as goals and objectives for the town.
The Warminster Neighbourhood Plan gives you, the community who live here and who know Warminster best, a real voice and an opportunity to proactively shape a future vision for your Warminster, to guide future development, and meet local needs and aspirations.
Looking ahead to 2042 together

Thank you for responding to the survey!
After the Reg 14 Consultation Period of public feedback came to an end, the steering group edited the plan. We are now at Reg 16, in which the public can respond to the edited document which will be reviewed by Wiltshire Council.
What's next?
After the consultation, comments will go to an independent examiner appointed by the council. The examiner will consider them and recommend whether the draft Neighbourhood Plan should proceed to a community referendum.
